Does Rivulet support Netflix?

Yes, it does. You can unlock content including the following: Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Hulu, BBC, Spotify, TVB, LineTV, and much more.

How can I change the service period?

The service period cannot be changed during the plan duration. Please apply for new service after the current service ends.

Up to how many devices can I be connected simultaneously?

We set a limited number to 5 units per user. As the number of terminals used increases, the possibility that IP will be blocked increases. We set the maximum number of connections possible.

It can be used on what kind of systems or devices?

Rivulet supports Windows, Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Linux and other systems or devices. Support routers with Merlin revised firmware. Android TV, Android box, PlayStation and Xbox need to be used with the router.

Why are most nodes unavailable?

There are often feedbacks from users: the node cannot be connected, or many nodes are unavailable. This problem is really common, and the solution is usually simple: you only need to update the subscription on the client you are using (We suggest you do it once a week). If you can’t update the subscription, or you still can’t connect after the update. Please contact our customer service support, we will troubleshoot and solve the problem for you.

What payment methods are available?

We support most of the credit card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Diners). Also, we accept Alipay and some Crypt Currencies (Bitcoin and USDT).

How can I make continuous use?

Credit card payment is set automatically for continuous payment. Alipay and Crypt Currencies does not support automatic payment. We will notify you of the next invoice on or around the 7th day of the due date.

Can I get a refund?

Due to traffic payments, protecting our IPs, we do not accept refunds for reasons other than those stated in the Terms of Service.

How can I stop subscription?

You can log in to the client area and stop using it from “Service” > “Management” > “Subscription Cancellation”

How can I make an account?

Select a plan from the service menu and purchase it. An account is created at the same time. To use our products it’s required to have an account.

Why I can't use my email addresses when registering?

Due to security concerns, it is not possible to register from some email providers. Gmail and Yahoo mail are available.

How to check data usage?

You can check your traffic usage from Client area > “Service” > “Management”.

When will the traffic reset?

Your data traffic is calculated monthly based on the date of purchase. For example, if you purchase on October 11, traffic will be reset before noon on November 11.

How do I upgrade from traffic data?

You can change traffic at any time through the following operations: “Service” > “Management” > “Change Traffic Data”.

When is customer support available?

We offer support through a ticket system. We promise to reply within 12 hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on holiday except for special cases.

What languages does customer service support?

We provide English and Chinese support.

How do I send/reply to a support ticket?

You can submit a support ticket or reply through our client area. Please note that sending a reply from confirmation mail is not accepted and generate spam in our queue.

Do you keep track of the user’s traffic records?

Rivulet does not record or hold any data (activity log) on who visits which website, or when and which server was used. We only record the total packet usage for each account.

How do you manage the account information?

We contract with WHMCS which are the most reliable hosting platform in the world. All data on your accounts is encrypted and will not be transferred to any third parties under any circumstances. Accounts that have not been used for more than 3 months are deleted.

Are there any affiliates available?

Yes. If you don’t have an account, please contact support.

What is the affiliate commission ratio and how do I withdraw it?

Affiliate commission is from 20% per sales starting. You can withdraw your commission or use it to purchase our services.
